Summary
Executive Summary

What we are
delivering and why.

OC Tech Innovations is pleased to present this proposal for the installation of a high-definition IP surveillance system and network infrastructure upgrade across three key areas at the Orange County Flight Center facility. This engagement addresses an existing gap in camera coverage within the testing and ground school environments, restores non-operational legacy cameras to service, and provides a reliable managed network switch to power the expanded system. All cameras are 8MP LumiLuxSmart turret units with integrated audio, delivering clear, detailed coverage day and night. Installations are performed with a clean, professional finish; where surface mounting is required due to building constraints, cable runs are managed in white cable looms for a polished appearance consistent with the facility's environment. Additionally, a time-and-materials engagement is included for wireless infrastructure relocation in the hangar, subject to site conditions. The result is a fully integrated, NVR-connected camera system with remote access capability, documented coverage placement, and a one-year labor and hardware warranty backed by a California licensed contractor.
