OC Tech Innovations is pleased to present this proposal for the installation of a high-definition IP surveillance system and network infrastructure upgrade across three key areas at the Orange County Flight Center facility. This engagement addresses an existing gap in camera coverage within the testing and ground school environments, restores non-operational legacy cameras to service, and provides a reliable managed network switch to power the expanded system. All cameras are 8MP LumiLuxSmart turret units with integrated audio, delivering clear, detailed coverage day and night. Installations are performed with a clean, professional finish; where surface mounting is required due to building constraints, cable runs are managed in white cable looms for a polished appearance consistent with the facility's environment. Additionally, a time-and-materials engagement is included for wireless infrastructure relocation in the hangar, subject to site conditions. The result is a fully integrated, NVR-connected camera system with remote access capability, documented coverage placement, and a one-year labor and hardware warranty backed by a California licensed contractor.
All cameras are 8MP IP turret units with microphone capability. Each camera is installed and adjusted using onsite monitors to confirm the live view matches the intended coverage area before the installation is finalized. Where surface mounting is required, cables are run in white cable looms for a clean, professional appearance. All cameras are configured in the existing NVR system with view adjustments included.
Full surveillance coverage across the testing room environment, installed to client-specified placement for proper field of view and compliance readiness.
Rack and switch work to support the expanded camera system and clean up legacy infrastructure.
Restoration of four existing non-operational cameras to service. No new cable runs required; labor and materials only.
All new and restored cameras are added and configured in the existing NVR system. View adjustments and camera naming included. One-time remote access setup provided.
Relocation of existing wireless infrastructure within the hangar environment. This scope is billed on a time-and-materials basis at $325 per hour with an estimated four-hour engagement. Due to unknown variables within the hangar environment, total hours cannot be guaranteed in advance. Any conditions discovered on-site that affect scope or timeline will be communicated before work proceeds.
All pricing is itemized by room and service type. Hardware, labor, and installation materials are listed separately for full transparency. The hangar wireless relocation is billed separately on actuals at project completion.
Enroll as a managed IT services client and receive 10% off all labor across this project. Total labor on the fixed-scope engagement is $5,200. Your discount would be $520, bringing your project total to $6,945. The hangar T&M labor discount would apply separately on actuals.
Hangar Wireless Relocation — Time & Materials
Billed separately upon completion at $325/hour. Estimated engagement is 4 hours (estimated $1,300). Actual hours billed on actuals; client will be notified of any material requirements before purchase. This scope is not included in the project total above and will be invoiced separately.
Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoiced amounts are due on Net 30 terms. A 1.5% monthly late fee applies to all past-due balances.
Any changes or additions to the scope of work require written approval from both parties prior to work commencing. Verbal approvals are not binding.
Any conditions discovered on-site that are outside the scope of this proposal will be communicated to the client before any additional work proceeds. OC Tech will not proceed with out-of-scope work without written authorization.
Client is responsible for providing site access at the scheduled time of service and for any electrical provisions required for installation unless explicitly noted in scope.
All hardware is covered per manufacturer warranty terms. OC Tech Innovations warrants all workmanship for one year from the date of project completion. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party interference.
