For each international location we recommend hiring a local Tier 1 technician as your employee. They serve as the first line of support for the on-site team, working within business hours of that region.
The local technician is provisioned with access to OC Tech's ticketing and monitoring platform. Every action they take is logged, visible, and escalatable — giving ownership full transparency into support activity at every location.
Anything beyond Tier 1 scope escalates directly to our team. Licensing, provisioning, security events, and infrastructure changes remain fully managed by OC Tech regardless of geography.
