38 CFR Part 21 · FR Notice 2025-01-06VA — GI Bill Approved Institution Training and enrollment records required for all VA benefit recipients. VA pays the school directly and audits participation. Records must be available for VA inspection. The VA has formally confirmed flight schools may store these records electronically.

PST-Based Support Coverage

All helpdesk, monitoring, security response, and escalation is handled by OC Tech from Irvine, CA on Pacific Standard Time. For domestic operations this provides full coverage during business hours with after-hours monitoring always on.

Recommended: Local Tier 1 Technician

For each international location we recommend hiring a local Tier 1 technician as your employee. They serve as the first line of support for the on-site team, working within business hours of that region.

Full Access to Our Toolset

The local technician is provisioned with access to OC Tech's ticketing and monitoring platform. Every action they take is logged, visible, and escalatable — giving ownership full transparency into support activity at every location.

Escalation to OC Tech

Anything beyond Tier 1 scope escalates directly to our team. Licensing, provisioning, security events, and infrastructure changes remain fully managed by OC Tech regardless of geography.

This person is your employee, not ours. OC Tech can assist with the hiring process — defining the role, technical requirements, and interview criteria — but the local technician reports to you and is compensated by OCFC. This keeps your international support cost-effective, locally responsive, and fully integrated into a system we manage and you own.
